How my books were translated into French

It’s always been my wish to have my books available in as many languages as possible for kids everywhere to enjoy.

Since I had to start somewhere, I picked one language and hired a reputable translation agency with services delivered by native speakers. The language I selected was French, since living in Canada, it seemed like a logical first choice.

After the translation was done, I asked Danielle S. Marcotte, an established Canadian author who writes in French, to review the text and she generously agreed to do so.

Then, I built the book files for publication using images I already had, and the new French text along with advice from the internet on best practices for French copy layout.

In addition to French language paperbacks I also created a hardcover bilingual volume with both French and English text.

And that’s it!
